In order to serve my customers to the best of my ability, I need to collect and process certain information about them. However, I value my customers' privacy and am committed to protecting it. For what purpose is my data collected and processed?

Therefore, if a customer does not want me to process their data following this Data Protection Statement, we ask that they do not provide me with any data.

What rights and opportunities do I have?

Withdrawal of consent

The customer may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying me, for example by sending an email to hei@markkinointi-rubiini.fi.

Access to data

The customer has the right to obtain confirmation from me as to whether I am processing personal data concerning them and to know what personal data concerning them I am processing.

Right to have errors corrected

The customer has the right to request that I correct any inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise incomplete information concerning them.

Right to prohibit direct marketing

Customers may object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes by sending an email to hei@markkinointi-rubiini.fi.

Right to object to processing

If I process a customer's data based on public interest or legitimate interest, the customer has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her to the extent that there is no compelling reason for the processing which would override their rights or the processing is not necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. The customer can exercise the rights described above by contacting us, for example, by sending an email to hei@markkinointi-rubiini.fi.

I kindly ask the customer to include their name, address, and telephone number in the message and to attach a copy of their passport, driver's license, or other form of identification so that I can verify the customer's identity. If the customer considers that the processing of personal data is not lawful, they may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Can this Data protection statement be updated?

I may update this Data Protection Statement if my activities or our data protection principles change. Updates may also become necessary due to changes in legislation. Changes will take effect when I publish the updated Data Protection Statement. We therefore ask you to review the contents of this Data Protection Statement at regular intervals.
